How do I get help?

We understand that you may need assistance discovering the many ways you can use GeoLocator in your business.  Provided below are a number of resources to help you find the answers to your questions.

Resources on Your Computer

• Try using the Help menu from within GeoLocator.  Help | Tutorial provides a step-by-step tour of some of the features you'll use the most.

• Click on Help | Contents to search the full User's Guide by keyword for help about every GeoLocator feature.  Then click the Search button.

• Press the F1 function key from within GeoLocator at any time to access the GeoLocator User's Guide.

• Specific help about using any of the forms that are displayed can be had by clicking on the Help button that appears on the form.

• An Adobe Acrobat version of the full GeoLocator User's Guide can be found installed into the Map Solutions Program Folder on your hard disk.  Click Start | Programs | Map Solutions.  Then select the "GeoLocator User's Guide (Acrobat)".

• This FAQ section of our web site contains answers to most of your frequently asked questions.

• The Software Vendor from whom you purchased GeoLocator has been trained to help you use the product to insert maps into the forms you create.

• Click here to report missing streets or subdivisions.
