GeoLocator Updates

QUESTION:  How do I tell what version I have?

ANSWER:  Click on Help | About.  Versions 5 thru 8 and Version 9.02 are GeoLocator/Desktop CD-ROM versions which require the CD-ROM to reinstall.  Downloadable program updates are available for Desktop Version 5 thru 8 but not for Desktop Version 9.02.  (click here for a list of updates)

Versions 9.03 or higher are GeoLocator/OnLine.  (click here for the latest OnLine update)
 

QUESTION:  I purchased GeoLocator recently, does that qualify me for a free Version update?

ANSWER:  Generally, GeoLocator program and map updates are free if requested within 30-days after the purchase of an initial copy or update.

QUESTION:  When were the maps installed on my computer last updated?

ANSWER:  Click on Help | About.  Please note that the GeoLocator program version may be different than the Map Version if you have downloaded a program update from our web site.  Note the "Map Version" number.  Then Click here for a complete list of updated counties.
