| WebLocator is a subscription service which helps find new subdivisions
and missing streets. With a single-click on the "Search the Web" button,
GeoLocator looks up your address in our web database and returns either
a block level match or an estimated location. A one year subscription is bundled with your GeoLocator license. If you have received a message indicating that your subscription is about to expire it is time to renew your subscription. WebLocator subscription renewals are available from your appraisal
forms vendor. WebLocator is the perfect marriage between desktop performance and Web-based technology, providing timely and rapid access to updated location information. Retrieval of locations is lightning fast since only address level information needs to be transferred between our server and your desktop. A less obvious advantage is that WebLocator can even improve the positional accuracy of matches returned from GeoLocator itself. In cases where GeoLocator can locate the correct street but not the correct block along that street, WebLocator often locates the correct block because it uses updated information from the U.S. Postal Service and other sources. |
