You can print clean, easy to read maps for complementing your property appraisals without cutting, pasting, and copying paper maps. GeoLocator imports property information from your appraisal forms software, identifies the estimated location of each property, and automatically places Subject and Comp arrows for you. It automatically calculates the distance to the subject for each comparable and prints this proximity in the legend at the bottom of the page.

In this day of automation, the banks are placing more and more demands upon certified appraisers to submit their appraisals using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Digital maps that have been integrated into their forms software have become an important tool for appraisers that plan to use EDI.

You can quickly produce locator maps showing all the properties of your CMA presentation, buyers tours, or open houses by using our MLS Import Option. You can add Paste-On arrows and text labels to highlight points of interest or to identify the Subject and Comparable properties for CMA's. The legend at the bottom of the printout will present a CMA summary of the properties showing the address, status, square feet, bedrooms, baths, list price, sold date and sold price of each property shown in the map. When doing open houses, you can hand out maps that show all the properties that are for sale in a two mile radius complete with a summary of each property on the map.
