For CMA presentations a Subject property can be entered manually, and comparable listings can be appended from your MLS. GeoLocator computes the distance from each comparable to the subject property.

How do I order the MLS Import Option?

Just send us a file containing a sample of your MLS listings by following the instructions below:

Log onto your MLS in your normal manner. Turn on a log file or text file capture feature of your communications software. All of the MLS systems have a special way of capturing an output to a file on your hard disk, if you are not sure, call your MLS technical support.

Execute a search on your MLS that will produce several active, pending and sold listings. After the one line description of the properties, ask the MLS to present you with the long form of the property report. Do the normal search (as described in paragraph one) and, if you turned on the capture file, the results of your search will be in that file.

Hang-up or log-off the MLS system. Now send the file that you saved to us at the address below. We will process your file and send you back an Import Filter for your MLS. After you receive and install the filter, you'll be able to import property listings directly on to your maps!
